Core Principles

No transmission of source text: The source text, detection results, replacement table and AI reply you paste into the workspace are processed only in your browser's memory and are not transmitted to a Garimi server.

Minimal collection: Garimi does not offer account sign-up,
and does not require you to enter personal information such as your name or email. - 3
No storage: Work content is not recorded in browser storage such as localStorage or cookies,
and cannot be recovered once the tab is closed.
1. What Garimi Does Not Collect
Garimi does not collect, store or transmit the following information.
- Source text you type or paste into the workspace
- Detection results, the replacement table (token mapping), and restoration results
- Pasted AI replies
- Account information — there is no account sign-up feature at all
- Analytics/tracking events — Garimi does not itself collect any analytics events
- Uploaded image and PDF files and their conversion results
* The replacement table is re-identifying information capable of restoring the source text, so it is designed not to be sent outside the browser.
2. Information That May Be Processed When You Access the Site
When you open a Garimi page, ordinary connection information — IP address, request time, browser information, requested path, and the like — may be processed on the network of our hosting provider, Cloudflare.
This is routine processing needed to deliver a static website and maintain security,
and the source text and replacement table you paste into the workspace are designed to be processed only inside the browser after the page is received and not to be transmitted as part of a request body, URL, or analytics event.
3. How Input Data Is Processed
Memory-only processing
Detection, replacement and restoration run only in the current tab's memory.
Pressing "Clear all" or closing the tab removes the references.
Designed to block network access
Garimi's code never places your work content into any outbound request,
and a Content Security Policy (CSP) blocks external connections and form submissions outside the allow-list.
The recognition engine for the file features is likewise downloaded from the same site and run inside the browser.
No recovery
Because work content is not stored, it cannot be recovered after a refresh or closing the tab.
A page restored from browser cache is reset immediately as well.
Clipboard
Copying happens only when you press the button;
Garimi does not read the clipboard automatically.
4. Notice of Limitations
- Browser extensions, OS clipboard managers, and screen-sharing/recording tools are outside Garimi's control.
- The data-handling policy of any external AI service you paste the replaced text into follows that service's own policy.
- Garimi cannot control browser- or operating-system-level memory management (such as swapping or page snapshots).
5. Advertising, Analytics and Cookies
Garimi displays Google AdSense advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to serve ads,
and this may be used for ads personalized based on your prior visits.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
Garimi also uses Google Analytics to understand visit statistics.
Analytics collects page-visit records (pages visited, referral path, browser information, etc.) via cookies,
and this information is processed under Google's policies.
The source text, replacement table and files you enter into the workspace are not provided to the advertising or analytics systems.
Advertising and visit statistics operate only on a per-page basis and are not linked to Garimi's processing data.
6. Changes to This Policy
If a feature that changes the processing method (for example, optional saving) is added,
we will post the change and its effective date on this page and keep it consistent with the actual behavior of the code.
